The practice is located above the shops next to Tesco Express. There is parking, however please be aware that it can get busy.
Public transport- no 73 bus stop is within a 5 minute walking distance from the practice. Bus timetable and stops information can be found on the traveline site
Bristol Parkway railway station- is a 10 minute walk from the practice.
We always try and see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting for more than fifteen minutes, please inform the reception staff.
When booking your appointment, we will normally seek a deposit from you, payment of which is your confirmation of your commitment to attend your appointment. Our deposits are normally fully refundable providing sufficient notice of cancellation is given. However if you fail to attend the appointment or do not give 24 hours notice then we reserve the right to keep charge your deposit.
Please note that, although we normally call you the day before your appointment this cannot be guaranteed.
Therefore, you should not rely on our text messages as the sole reminder of your appointment as we will not be responsible for any appointments missed
